Not during normal operation. All patient data is stored with AES-256 encryption using a separate key for each user account, and the keys are kept apart from the data in Azure Key Vault (Frankfurt). For transcription and AI processing, content is decrypted server-side and processed through OpenAI's EU endpoint without storage by the provider. Administrative access by us is provided for solely to analyse errors at your request and is logged.
